Terms & Conditions 

Rental Ts & Cs 

  • Rental equipment is for delivery only (unless specific arrangements have been made). 
    • We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in ensuring the equipment is collected at the time communicated as we have other customers to consider. 
  • Proof of identification will be required before securing booking and delivery of equipment. 
  • Full amount to be paid before your booking & date will be secured. Delivery will only be made once full amount has been received. 
  • Jumping castles require power points. Extension cords are provided with the rentals at no additional costs. 
  • Cancellations: 
    • Any event cancelled within 3 days of the event will forfeit the full amount payable. 
      • A2Z Rentals cannot be held liable for bad weather. 
  • Any item supplied to you by A2Z Rentals must be looked after and returned in the same condition. Anything lost or broken will be invoiced to you for payment. 
    • No shoes, food, drink, sharp objects or pets allowed on the jumping castles. 
    • Do NOT operate the jumping castles and fans in the rain. The blower fans cannot get wet, are not to be left outside in the rain, and are not to be left outside overnight.
    • Do not cover motor with bag or tight material while being used - it needs air to run. 
    • JUMPING CASTLES MAY NOT BE USED WITH WATER. ONLY WATER SLIDES AND CASTLES WITH POOLS MAY BE USED WITH WATER. 
  • The hirer shall not at any time misrepresent, hire out, lend or in any other way trade the equipment. 
    • Equipment rented, remains the exclusive property of A2Z Rentals. 
    • Please note, all equipment is hired and will need to be returned at the end of the function. 
  • A2Z Rentals (to be referred to as "The Company") does not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during the rental of the equipment. The Company will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from event misfortunes beyond our control.
    • No persons are allowed to play with or near the blower fans.
    • Adults are ALWAYS needed for supervision. 
    • People with neck or back injuries are not permitted to jump on jumping castles. 
    • Do not play on the jumping castles whilst they are being inflated and deflated. Suffocation/entrapment can occur. 


Purchase Ts & Cs 

  • 50% deposit is required to secure order and start production of order. Balance to be fully paid before collection/delivery of purchases. 
    • Orders cancelled once production has commenced will forfeit the 50% deposit paid. 
  • Various lead times are applicable to orders depending on number of items ordered and current orders in production. We aim to complete all orders within a 7-14 working day period. 
  • Due to all items being hand made, a product's true colour may not exactly match that shown in the images and may be slightly different. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and dimensions indicated have up to a 5% tolerance.
  • No returns will be accepted/processed on garden games purchased. Client accepts the order upon signing for delivery/when collecting. 
  • Prices exclude delivery fees. Free delivery for areas within 5km from our location. Delivery charged on km range thereafter.
